Vinyasa Flow Yoga is an energetic yoga that incorporates movement with breath. Each pose is only held for a few breaths before transitioning to the next pose. Modifications will allow anyone of any level to enjoy this beneficial yoga practice. Please bring your own mat and props if you have them.
