‘Annie's Journaling Activity Session’
Supplies: Here is a list of supplies to bring, (if you have them)
Transparent watercolours (we will have extra for you to borrow if you don't have these)
palette to mix your watercolours on/in
pencil, eraser, ruler,
watercolour paper (9" x 12") or approximately that size.
(I'll have 8 1/2" x 11" cardstock available if no one has a journal or watercolour paper.)
JOURNAL: (65 lb. paper, Chapters'/Indigo's has a GREAT sketchbook. 9x12", $12.99, black hard cover.
The paper is nice and white, acid free and 65 lb (so will take various media pretty well)
masking tape (Dollarama brand will work) or Frog tape(If you already have another masking tape around just bring that.) I will have some extra tape available as well.
WATERCOLOUR BRUSHES Small round brushes. The yellow handled one in the Dollarama brush pack is PERFECT! If you have a 0, 00, 000 bring them, as they will be great for additional detailing.
Water container (ice cream or margarine tubs work great)
apron
lug-a-mug (bring your own mug for tea or coffee)
OPTIONAL:
Gold, metallic fine tech or Schminke's gold powder or paint. We can add a little bling to our work.
Metallic pens or sparkly ones White pens (ie, Signo UNIBALL UM-153) |
