Marking the 3rd Anniversary of the Flood & the Summer Solstice
This Monday, June 20th marks the summer solstice, the turning from the lengthening of days to the lengthening of nights, a holy and sacred day within many cultures & traditions. It also marks the 3rd anniversary of the flood. We invite you to join in a time of marking this significant day. Invite family, neighbours & friends. Take part is some or all of the evening.
6:30 pm – A half hour service of Gratitude & Grief, marking the 3rd anniversary of the flood and acknowledging the change it has brought to our lives and to our community, and the mixed feelings we have about the changes and the journey we are on.
6:00 – 9:00 pm – The labyrinth is open to walk, in gratitude, in prayer, in release, in faith.
7:30 pm (repeating) – the showing of a 30 minute film, about walking the labyrinth (a new release)
Come walk the path of healing, of love,
of hope, of restoration, of wellbeing!
