Please join the Highwood United Calligraphers for a Super Saturday that's pure gold! Saturday,February 22 - 10:am - 3:00 pm

We'll kick off by creating a vintage style of letter using gold paint for the illumination.

The afternoon will focus on a different letter styleof your own design,but with several options to choose from.

Supplies:

• 5" x & 7" pieces of watercolour paper that can take a light wash.  (Arches 140 lb. isn't necessary for this. The Strathmore pad is fine).
• Sumi ink and a pointed pen (eg.Nikko G) OR Pigma pen or similar (waterproof).
• Finetec gold watercolour * An assortment of Finetc will be available for sale.
• Coloured ink or watercolour
• Size 0 or 1 paintbrush
• Pencil
• Eraser
• $25 payable to the Church for heat and lights !
• A mug for your coffee
• A bag lunch
