Snow may be on the ground but today we are going to explore the spiritual meaning of springtime. Earlier this fall we journeyed through summer (the time of growth, vibrancy and life at its fullest), autumn (the time of gathering in the harvest, of celebrating abundance and of letting go and releasing), and winter (the time of rest, of stillness, of allowing ourselves not to be productive as we deal with trauma and grief). So now we contemplate springtime, and what we can learn from the physical season of the year as wisdom for our spiritual lives?
