Children's Worship

Contact Rev Susan Lukey

When: Sunday Morning’s from 10:00 to 11:15.

Where: In the children's worship room.

Who: Children and adults who wish to share in the Godly Play  style of interaction with scripture.

Why: Together we nourish our spirits.  We pause in the presence of God for prayer, story, silence and singing.  We use a variety of centre's (sand gardens, art, reading, world news) to explore our Bible story of the day.

At the end of each story we wonder together: 

•   I wonder how this story made you feel.

•   I wonder what part of the story you liked best.

•   I wonder what part of the story you might have changed.

•   I wonder if the story reminds you of something you have experienced.

 When you are reading Bible stories yourself or with your children, think about these “I wonders” at the end of the story.
